Notes	REISTERSTOWN - Philip Ellsworth Blank, 86, of Reisterstown, passed away on May 26, 2020, at Birch Manor Nursing and Rehab Center, Sykesville. Born on June 28, 1933, in Mount Savage, he was the son of the late Carl J. and Mary A. (McKenzie) Blank. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine C. (Lynch) Blank; son, Stephen Carl Blank; and five brothers and three sisters. Mr. Blank was a veteran of the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of corporal. He later served and retired from the Baltimore City Police Department after 25 years. Surviving are his sons, Philip Allen Blank and wife, Portia, Randall William Blank and wife, Joyce, Joseph M. Blank and wife, Michele; grandchildren, Lauren Marie Heavner, Shawn Philip Blank, Stephen Hunter Mackenzie Blank, Shannon Elizabeth Clare Thomas and Spencer Ryan Chapman Blank; great-grandchildren, Michaela Lee Grace Heavner, Elijah Randall Heavner, Leland Hunter Blank; and brother, Russell Blank.
