  Notes	MEYERSDALE, Pa. - Mrs. Florence E. Hostetler McKenzie, 96, died Friday, Sept. 28, 1990 in Meyersdale. Born July 24, 1894 in Elk Garden, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late George and Bridget (Kilroy) Middleton. Mrs. McKenzie was also preceded in death by her first husband, James B. Hostetler; her second husband, Thomas A. McKenzie; one son, and two brothers. Survivors include one son, James H. Hostetler, Meyersdale; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Kathryn Sigler, Bethesda, Md.; and Elizabeth Spotts, Keyser, W.Va.; and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Saturday and Sunday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale. Services will be conducted there Monday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. James F. Bunn.
