  Notes	John Henry ROSENBERGER was born about 1920. He died on 13 Aug 1935 in Frostburg, Allegany Co., Maryland. Frostburg, Md., Aug. 15 - John Henry Rosenberger, 15-year-old high school student, was found drowned in the old reservoir near here this afternoon after being missing from his home about two miles west of here near the National Highway, since Tuesday. According to members of his family, he left his home Tuesday evening, planning to visit his sister, Mrs. Clara McKenzie, near Finzel, and when he did not return, his family assumed he had decided to stay on his sister's farm a few days. This morning, however, another sister, Mary Rosenberger, noticed that he had not worn his shoes when he left, and being of the opinion that the youth would not go so far as Finzel without his shoes, the family investigated. They learned that he had not been to his sister's farm, and a short time later, a neighbor boy, Bernard Knepp, discovered the young Rosenberger's clothing near the old reservoir. City officials were notified, and Benjamin H. Thomas, chief of police, and others proceeded to drain the old reservoir. The boy's body was found lying under eight feet of water in the huge concrete basin. He was wearing an improvised bathing suit and evidently drowned after becoming exhausted or being stricken with a cramp. The body was removed to his home, and funeral services will probably be held Saturday afternoon. Surviving are the boy's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Rosenberger; four brothers, Thomas and Gurney Rosenberger of near Flnzel, and Arthur and Emory Rosenberger at home. He also leaves six sisters, Mrs. Anthony Drees and Mrs. James McKenzie, near Finzel; Mary, Alberta, Edna, and Evelyn Rosenberger, at home.
