- RIDGELEY, W.Va. - William Franklin “Bill” Senn, 53, of RD 2, Ridgeley, died Thursday in the National Institute of Health, Bethesda, Md., where he had been a patient for 11 weeks. Born in Cumberland, Md., Aug. 6, 1933, he was the son of Katherine (Clark) Senn, Ridgeley, and the late Joseph F. Senn. A retired employee of Interstate Amiesite Corporation, he was a member of the Wesleyan United Methodist Church of Short Gap, Teamsters Local 453 and the Woodmen of the World Lodge. Mr. Senn was a 1951 graduate of Fort Ashby High School. Also surviving are his widow, Sonia (McKenzie) Senn; two brothers, John E. Senn, Cresaptown, Md., and Robert N. Senn, Ridgeley; two sisters, Mrs. Helen L. Petit and Mrs. June J. Skidmore, both of Ridgeley, and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Scarpelli Funeral Home, Cumberland, Sunday. Services will be conducted there Monday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. William S. Hart and the Rev. Chester Fisher.
