- Leola H. Kantner, 96, of Somerset, died February 15, 2015, at Somerset Hospice House, Somerset. Born August 20, 1918, in Meyersdale, the daughter of Irvin E. and Mary Ruth McKenzie Hostetler. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Robert Samuel Kantner, who died October 12, 1998; and brothers, Kenneth and Robert Hostetler. Survived by daughters, Robin Forman and husband, Jay of Vienna, Virginia, and Nancy Kantner of Chambersburg. She was a caseworker for the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare. No viewing or visitation. Interment at Somerset County Memorial Park will be held at the convenience of the family. Contributions may be made to the Somerset County Humane Society, 204 Whitetail Rd., P.O.
