- FROSTBURG - Lloyd A."Smoker” Winebrenner, 80, of 48 Hope Road, was dead on arrival yesterday at Frostburg Community Hospital. Born in Garrett County, he was a son of the late John and Sarah (McKenzie) Winebrenner. His wife, Tiny (Winebrenner) Winebrenner, preceded him in death. He was a retired employee of Kaiser Refractories and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Surviving is a daughter, Grace V. Winebrenner, at home. Friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Sowers Funeral Home. Published in the Cumberland Evening Times, Friday, December 12, 1980
