1926 to Clarence and Luella (Steinly) McKenzie. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frederick J.
Winner; son, Frederick J. Winner Jr.; daughter, Cathy Maria Miller; two sisters, Gladys Ravenscroft and Mary Layman; four brothers, Erving, Arthur, Hubert, and Carlton J. "Turp" McKenzie. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; devoted in her faith, a marvelous cook, and loved gardening and eating out. Surviving are daughters, Theresa Winner and Maria Foye and husband, Jim; son-in-law, Greg Miller; grandchildren, Tim Winner, April Miller, Chris Miller and wife Jenna, Jessie Miller and wife Amanda, Cody Miller and Jeremy Skidmore; great grandchildren, Victoria, Elisha and Joshua Winner, Caitlin, Kami, Caleb, Brielle, and Wyatt Miller, Luke Raynor; and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD, on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019 from Noon to 1 p.m. with the funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. with Deacon Harold Bradley officiating.
