Notes	FROSTBURG - William P. Johnson, 54, of 361 Welch Hill, died yesterday at his residence Born in Shaft, he was a son of the late George and Marian (Riggleman) Johnson. Mr. Johnson had retired from the Amcelle Plant of Celanese Fibers Corporation in 1975 and was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of Farrady Post 24, American Legion. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Olive (McKenzie) Johnson; a daughter, Miss Lisa Johnson, at home; two sisters, Mrs. June Adams, Fort Ashby, W.Va. and Mrs. Jane Whetstone, LaVale and a brother, Robert Johnson, Frostburg. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home today and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Cumberland Sunday Times, March 16, 1980
