Sam, beloved husband of Yvonne and loving father to Tyler (Kaitlin) and Josh (Glenna) and devoted grandfather (Bumpa) to Theordore and Dashiell. Predeceased by his father William Harold in December 2019 and survived by his mother Alison, brother Jamie (Candy) and sister Barb (Rod). Sam loved all of his very special nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Sam will be greatly missed by his entire family, friends and relatives who knew and loved him. For 33 years, Sam worked for Imperial Oil and upon retirement took on some contract work. He enjoyed life living between Edmonton, AB and Yuma, AZ. Sam loved all sports and travel and could frequently be found on the golf course or planning his next adventure with Yvonne. He deeply valued family and cherished those friendships that were developed along the way. We will remember Sam most for his patience, humour and his integrity. Celebration of life will be held in Edmonton at Highlands Golf Course on March 7, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.
