Born May 22, 1952, in Frostburg, Linda was the daughter of the late Randolph Rush and Mabel Cathleen (Rush). She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Anthony, Leon, and Robert Rush. Linda was retired from Frostburg State University. She is survived by her husband, Elmer D. Pifer Jr., Frostburg; her brother, Curtis Rush and wife, Ramona, of Texas and two sisters, Shirley Brant, Cresaptown, and Carlene McKenzie, Zihlman. No services are planned at this time.
