- Percy I. Harris, 76, of West Salisbury, died Dec. 15, 1980, in Meyersdale Community Hospital. He was born July 22, 1904, in West Salisbury, son of the late Fred and Mae (Lambert) Harris. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Mary Helen McKenzie. He is survived by a son, William F., of Salisbury, a daughter, Mrs. Betty Bowman of West Salisbury; a brother, Dewey of Jerome; and a sister, Mrs. Marion Walker, also of Jerome; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson. He was a former member of the Salisbury Methodist Church. He was a life member, Salisbury Volunteer Fire Dept. and a retired employee of the M. Knecht and Sons Foundry. Friends were received in the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, where services were held with Father Henry L. Jolly officiating. Interment, Salisbury Cemetery. Meyersdale Republic, December 18, 1980
