- Mrs. Marshall Charles Beal – Frostburg – Mrs. Dorothy Beal, 64, of Dundalk, Md., formerly of here, died Tuesday at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born at Frostburg, she was a daughter of the late Fred Layman and Laura (McKenzie) Layman. Her husband, Marshall, preceded her in death. Mrs. Beal recently made her home with a neice, Mrs. Betty Gable of Kemp Drive, Frostburg. Surviving are one step-daughter, Mrs. Coleen Beall of Essex, Md., two stepsons, William Beal of Dundalk and Lawrence Beal of Baltimore; one sister, Mrs. Hazel Wade of Frostburg and 10 grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home in Frostburg Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Cumberland Evening Times, December 22, 1982
