She leaves to mourn her passing her loving family, daughters, Karen (Larry) Powlusko, of Calgary, Lynda (Brian) Flotten, Susanne (Copeland) Tracey, son, Richard (Deborah) Melnyk, all of Sherwood Park; seven grandchildren Jason, Jayne, Casey, Zachary, Benjamin, Rhiannon and Joshua as well as many other relatives and friends. Lucille is predeceased by her husband Walter Thomas Melnyk. Memorial service on August 20 at Appel Funeral Home, Edmonton. Lucille married Walter Thomas MELNYK,99 son of Tom MELNYK100 and Solemnia,100 about 1944.100 Walter was born about 1922100 and died on 23 Oct 2002 in Sherwood Park, AB, CAN100 about age 80. They had four children: Karen Adele, Lynda Katheryn, Susanne Lee, and Richard Walter.
