Clara Olga Jensen -- Clara was born December 21, 1927 in Grassland, Alberta. She was better known as 'Chickie' to family and friends. Clara passed away on Monday April 24, 2006. She was a loving and very caring mother, sister and auntie to family and friends, and she will be sincerely missed. Clara is survived by her sons Bruce (Jomaine) and Maurice, three sisters Marcella (Robert Lansdell), Ethel (Lawrence Reed), Florence (Gord Mikkelsen), sister-in-law Judith McKenzie and two brothers, Donald (Betty) and Arthur McKenzie, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Clara was predeceased by her husband William (Bill) and daughter Shirley, James Henry McKenzie (father), Olga McKenzie (mother) and two brothers, Albert and James (Jim) McKenzie.
Clara married William Gus Alexander "Bill" JENSEN, son of Harry Martin JENSEN and
Leotta Bell McKINNON,. Bill was born on 7 May 1916 in Regina, SK, CAN and died on 22 Apr
1973 in Surrey, BC, CAN at age 56. The cause of his death was Acute Myocardial Infarction. He
was usually called Bill. They had three children: Bruce, Maurice, and Shirley Belle Patricia.
