Private First Class William Boyd Edenhart, son of the late John and Katherine Edenhart, of Ridgeley, W. Va., met death by drowning in the Panama Canal last week where he was stationed with the guard and service company at Port of Corozal. Notice of his death was received from the War Department Saturday by Private Edenhart's sister, Mrs. Fred E. Ryan, of 137 Arch Street. McKenzie and Mrs. Frank Galbraith, Jr., both of Pittsburgh, Pa., and one brother, Charles E. Edenhart, this city. The body is to be cremated and the ashes sent here for burial.
