Mr. Hosselrode was a retired construction laborer and a member of the Laborers International Union of North America, Local 616 of Cumberland. He attended Palo Alto United Methodist Church and belonged to the Cumberland FOE, aerie 245, the Kennells Mills Sportmen's Club and the Barrelville Outdoor Club. Surviving are his wife Doris J. (Prinkey) Hosselrode, Hyndman; two sons, Robert D. Hosselrode and wife Susan, Cumberland, Md., and Brian K. Hosselrode, at home; one daughter, Holly L. Hosselrode, Cumberland; one very special granddaughter, Ashley N. Hosselrode, Cumberland; and three brothers and three sisters, all of RD 1, Hyndman, Harry H. Hosselrode and wife Judy, Theodore H. "Buck" Hosselrode and wife Sugar, Russell E. Hosselrode and wife Cindy, Vivian L. Webber and husband Jim, Anna J. Webber and husband Barney, and Debra L. Piper and husband Johnny. Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Roger A. Johnson officiating. Interment will be in the Porter Cemetery, near Ellerslie, Md. Members of the Cumberland FOE, Aerie 245, will serve as pallbearers.     Lester L. "Chuck" Hosselrode, 83, of Hyndman RD 1, died Sunday, June 18, 1995, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md. He was born Sept. 23, 1911, in Southampton Township, Somerset County, a son of the late Henry L. and Sara Annie (Witt) Hosselrode. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marian R. (Lowery) Hosselrode, Feb. 16, 1973; a son, Curtis L. Hosselrode, and two sisters, Edna Martz and Elsie Troutman. Surviving are four sons and three daughters, Robert J. Hosselrode (husband of Dona), Harry H. Hosselrode (husband of Judy), Theodore H. "Buck" Hosselrode (husband of "Sugar"), Russell E. Hosselrode (husband of Cindy), Vivian L. Webber (wife of Jim), Anna J. Webber (wife of Barney), and Debra L. Piper (wife of Johnny), all of Hyndman RD 1; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Irvin Hosselrode of Hyndman RD 1 and Johnny Hosselrode of Hyndman; and three sisters, Lottie Clites and Eva Sager, both of Hyndman, and Dorothy Lowery of Ellerslie, Md. Mr. Hosselrode retired in 1977 after 39 years' employment with the B&O Railroad where he worked as a blacksmith at the Bolt and Forge Shop in Cumberland. He was a 50-year member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 245, Cumberland, and the Kennells Mills Sportsmen's Club. He attended Palo Alto United Methodist Church. Funeral services: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Calvary Bible Church, Ellerslie, with the Revs. Rick D. Nelson, Ken L. Korns and Robert C. Hartung officiating. Burial in Porter Cemetery near Ellerslie. A native of Ellerslie, she was a daughter of Henry Lowery and the late Emma Jane DeVore Lowery. She was a member of Ellerslie United Methodist Church. Surviving besides her father are her husband, Lester L.     Mrs. Emma J. Lowery, 83, of Ellerslie, died yesterday at Sacred Heart Hospital. She was a daughter of the late Thomas J. and Rachel (Clites) Devore. Mrs. Lowery was a member of the Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary. Surviving are her husband, Henry Lowery; a son, Roy Lowery, Ellerslie; four daughters, Mrs. Elsie Snelson and Mrs. Phyllis Cook, Ellerslie; Mrs. Marian Hosselrode, RD 1, Hyndman and Mrs. Flossie Smith, Baltimore; a sister, Mrs. Walter Lowery, Ellerslie Road; 36 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren. The body is at the Zeigler Funeral Home in Hyndman where friends will be received today from 7 until 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 p.m. A service will be conducted there Friday at 2 p.m. Rev. Milton W. Benny Jr. will officiate and burial will be in the Porter Cemetery.
