Carol Sue Barron, 49, of Garrett died July 11, 2000 in Garrett. She was born Sept. 29, 1950 in Meyersdale, a daughter of the late Harry J. and Dora (Scritchfield) Mishler. She is survived by her husband Marlin J. Barron, a son Kevin Mishler of Indian Head, and three grandchildren. Sister of Kenneth Harry, Berlin, Ross Leon, Garrett, Cary Wayne, Boswell, Walter Samuel of Listie, Shirley Yates of Willoughby, Ohio, and Dorothy Clark of Akron, Ohio. She was a member of the Living Water Christian Fellowship, Meyersdale. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Leckemby Funeral Home where funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday with Pastor John Yoder officiating. Interment, Mt. Brother of Pauline Ohler and Paul, both of Meyersdale; Hilda Schrock, Berlin; Nettie Homshell of Johnsonburg; and Irvin of Akron, Ohio. Member of the Glade City Church of God. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale. Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Church of God, Pastor Archie Smith officiating. Interment, Mount Lebanon Cemetery. Family suggests contributions be made to the Church of God in his name.
