Co., Farmer (with wife Elizabeth in agreement) and Peter Shoemaker of the same place, Shoemaker, for 44 pounds current money, part of a tract called “Molly’s Fancy” “…East side of a Branch descending from the Rattlesnake Spring … to a line of the said Peter Shoemaker’s 25 acres part of the said “Molly’s Fancy” and laid out for 22 acres.
