She was a member of the Black Rock Bible Church. She is survived by her husband, Ernest G. Sowers; three daughters, Mrs. Ilene Tracey, Smithsburg; Mrs. Barbara Tracey and Mrs. Joanne Biser, both of Hagerstown, Maryland; two sons, Glenn Sowers, Hagerstown, Maryland; Steven Sowers, Smithsburg, Maryland; three sisters, Mrs. Leona Blocker, Grantsville, Maryland; Mrs. Edna Wallizer, Flintstone, Maryland; Mrs. June Evans, Concord, N.Y.; one brother, Marshall Weimer, Cumberland, Maryland; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg. Services were conducted at the Black Rock Bible Church by the Rev. Paul W. Heefner. Interment, Robinette Cemetery, at Flintstone.
