Born in Cumberland, Mr. Burrall was a son of the late George W. and Katie (Ferrell) Burrall. He was a former employee of the B&O Railroad and was a veteran of World War I. He was also a Member of the Red Men Lodge. Preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Eva (Lavin) Burrall, he is survived by a sister, Mrs. Vera L. Bishop, Baltimore. The body is at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Cumberland Times, page 27, Sunday, April 09, 1972.
