FROSTBURG - Harold John Junior Binnix, 59, of W. Main Street, Frostburg, died Sunday, March 16, 2003, at his residence. Born Nov. 10, 1943, in Mount Savage, he was the son of the late Harold P. and Mary (Klosterman) Binnix. He was formerly employed with Bond Home Improvement Center, Frostburg, where he worked for 45 years. Mr. Binnix was a former member of the Sons of the American Legion and Eagles Aerie 1273, Frostburg. Surviving are his ex-wife, Shirley (Carder) Binnix, Cumberland; two daughters, Beverly McKenzie and husband Gary, Cumberland, and Cindy Evans, Cumberland; eight grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Jo Dorsey, Peg Rae, both of Cumberland, and Dion Nicol, Lonaconing; two brothers, Dave Binnix, Frostburg, and Jim Binnix, Cumberland; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. only. His will body be cremated following the visitation.
