- PIEDMONT - Edward T. Warnick, 54, of 20 West Fairview Street, Piedmont, died early this morning at his summer home in Capon Bridge, W. Va. He had been in ill health for a month. A native of Bond, Garrett County, he was the son of Harvey Warnick, Westernport, and Mrs. Odella (Wilt) Warnick, Cumberland. He was an agent for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for 22 years in the Tri-Towns area. Mr.Warnick was a member of the .executive committee of the Republican Party in the Piedmont District, a member of Trinity Methodist Church, and a graduate of Bruce High School in 1928. He was active in the support of his school's sports program. Survivors include his wife, Isabella (Worgan) Warnick; a son, Edward Warnick, a student at West Virginia University, Morgantown; two brothers, Floyd Warnick, Cumberland; and Harry Warnick Jr., Westernport. The body is at the Boal Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p. m. The Cumberland Evening Times, August 19, 1963
