  Notes	OAKLAND — Howard Russell Wilt, 78, North Fourth Street Extended, died Tuesday at his residence. A native of Swanton, he was a son of the late John Albert and Zelphia (Blocher) Wilt. Mr. Wilt was a retired employe of the Garrett County Roads Department. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Catherine F. Wilt; three sons, Randall M. Wilt, Canton, Ohio; George E. Wilt and H. Wayne Wilt, both of here; a daughter, Mrs. Viola Knox, Mt. Lake Park; three brothers, Delbert A. Wilt, Cumberland; Porter M. Wilt, Deer Park; Harvey Wilt, Baltimore; and a sister, Mrs. Viola Bray, Cumberland. Friends will be received at the John 0. Durst Funeral Home, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted there tomorrow at 2 p.m. by Rev. Alvin Kyle. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery.
