He was born March 14, 1941, at Garrett County, the son of the late Samuel Webster Crowe and Melva Leora Broadwater Crowe. He was a self employed organist having played in many area clubs over the years. He was formerly co-owner of Hilton Florists, Frostburg, Md. and a member of Patrick's Church, Cumberland, Md. He is survived by one brother Milton Crowe, of Cumberland, Md.; three sisters: Mrs. Diona Broadwater, of Avilton, Md.; Mrs. Arlene Morris, Smyrna Beach, FL; Mrs. Helen Broadwater, of Salisbury. A memorial service will be conducted Friday, Oct. 17, at 2 p.m. at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md. with Rev. Emanuel Miller officiating. There is no viewing.
