  Notes	CUMBERLAND Oliver R. Winebrenner, 79, of Cumberland, died Thursday, Oct. 14, 1999, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born on Nov. 7, 1919, in Ridgeley, W.Va., he was the son of the late Lonnie R. and Cora V. (Swadley)Winebrenner. He was also preceded in death by his son, Ivan Winebrenner. Mr. Winebrenner was retired from Allegany Ballistics Laboratory, where he was a powder operator. He was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Marian (Wheeler) Winebrenner; four children, Charlotte Pyles, Morgantown, W.Va., Carolyn Brown and husband, Frank, Conowingo, Irvin Winebrenner and wife, Suzan, and Christine Hailer and husband, Arthur, Monrovia; 11 grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Helen Winebrenner, Erie, Pa. Friends will be received at the Upchurch Funeral Home, P.A., 202 Greene St., Cumberland, on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Edward Dickel, officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Burial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to either Calvary United Methodist Church, 28 Knobley St., Ridgeley, W.Va., 26753 or to the charity of one's choice. Oliver Raymond WINEBRENNER and Marian Madeline WHEELER were married on 8 Jun 1941. Miss Marian Wheeler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Wheeler, 117 Main street, Ridgeley, W. Va., and Oliver Winebrenner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawney Wlnebrenner, were married Sunday at the Winebrenner home by the Rev. Kenneth Plummer, pastor of Calvary Methodist Church, Ridgeley, W. Va.
