- ELKRIDGE — Kilgore Izzett II, 84, of Elkridge, passed away on Nov. 13, 2015, at home with his children by his side. Born in Mount Savage, on Feb. 7, 1932, he was the son of Kilgore Izzett I and Emma P. (Folk) Izzett. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Gloria Federer and three brothers, Gereald, Paul, and Eddie Izzett. He graduated from Beall High School in 1950. He served in the Marine Corp, and was stationed in Japan. He is survived by a son, Kilgore Izzett III; a daughter, Pepper W. Milburn, Baltimore; three grandsons, Jason D., Nichals C., Erice B. Izzett, all of Baltimore; and a sister, Janet Thompson, Frostburg. Services were held in Baltimore. Cumberland Times-News, December 13, 2015 (delayed posting)
