"ROBERT CATLIN"
"Robert Wayne Catlin, 80, of Monticello died 4:40 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, 1986, in Kirby Hospital, Monticello."
"Services were held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Mackey-Wright Funeral Home, Monticello, with Steve Ingram officiating. Burial was in Monticello Cemetery."
"Mr. Catlin was born Sept. 8, 1906, in Hammond, son of James L. and Clara E. Hardy Catlin. He married Lora Hosler Aug. 20, 1926 (sic). She survives."
"Also surviving are a son, Robert G. of Cisco; daughter, Shirley McClure of Monticello; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren."
"One brother and two sisters preceded him in death."
"Mr. Catlin was a retired farmer and signal operator at Washington School. He was a member of the Piatt County Farm Bureau and served on the Monticello Elevator Board from 1954-1969. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Monticello where he belonged to the Stand Class."
"Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church in Monticello."
