Notes	FROSTBURG - James E. Clark, 86, of 136 West Main St., Frostburg, died Sunday, June 3, 2001, at Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser, W.Va. Born Jan. 18, 1915 in Finzel, he was the son of the late James and Anna Pearl (Burdock) Clark. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Beulah K. (Crowe) Clark in 1991; one brother, Alan Clark; and two sisters, Helen Caton and Catherine Folk. Mr. Clark was a former coal miner, a self employed timberman, and retired as owner/operator of Clarks Gas and Grocery, Finzel. He was also an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church, Frostburg, and he was a charter member of the Eastern Garrett County Volunteer Fire Dept. Mr. Clark is survived by three sons, Earl J. Clark and wife Carol, Oakland, Charles W. "Bill" Clark, Frostburg, and Robert A. Clark and wife Alma, Frostburg; one daughter, Rosemary P. Streets and husband Raymond, San Mateo, Fla.; one brother, Paul Clark, Finzel; three sisters, Charlotte Opal, Betty Housel, and Shirley Blank; 12 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. Paul Byrnes officiating. Interment will be in the Emmanuel United Methodist Cemetery, Finzel. Monday, June 04, 2001, Cumberland Times-News
