- Frank Bloomer, 77, of 309 Greenlow Road, Baltimore, died Saturday at St. Agnes Hospital where he had been a patient one month. Surviving are his widow, Emma (Porter) Bloomer, formerly of Eckhart, and a son, William Bloomer, Baltimore. The body is at the Witzkey Funeral Home, Baltimore, where services will be conducted tomorrow at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Louson Park Cemetery, there.
