  Notes	CUMBERLAND — William Cecil "Doc" Savage, 75, of 17 Liberty St., Apt 510, Cumberland, formerly of Lonaconing, died Monday, April 8, 2002, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born in Lonaconing, April 28, 1926, he was the son of the late Playford Rosswell Savage and Mary C. (Atkinson) Savage. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Russell Savage; and two sisters, Eleanor Nies and Margaret Moomau. Mr. Savage retired from Retail Clothing Sales at the Style Mart, Lonaconing. He attended First Presbyterian Church, Lonaconing. He was also a member of Lonaconing Republican Club and a member of the Cumberland Eagles. Surviving are two sisters, Marie Riley and Stella Devlin, both of Lonaconing; and one brother, Scott Savage, Denver, Colorado. Mr. Savage donated his body to the Maryland Anatomical Board.
