  Notes	FROSTBURG — Mrs. Stella M. Rephann, 74, of 32 McCulloh Street, died yesterday at Sacred Heart Hospital in Cumberland, where she had been admitted October 5. Born in Frostburg, she was a daughter of the late Wesley and Sally (Hansel) Miller and was the widow of Edward Rephann. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Helen Gould, Smyrna, Ga., and Mrs. Elizabeth Patterson, Mrs. Ruth Fisher and Mrs. Blanche Davis, here; four brothers, Charles, Oscar, John and Albert Miller, all of here. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received from 7 until 9 p.m. today and from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. tomorrow. The Cumberland Evening Times, November 10, 1969
