- WESTERNPORT Robert H. Bob Everline, 78, of 439 Division St., Westernport, died Tuesday July 29, 2003, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland. Born Feb. 7, 1925, in Frostburg, he was the son of Ruth S. (Wade) Everline McKinley of New Castle, Pa., and the late Harmon Mathias Everline. His brothers, John Everline and Howard Everline also preceded him in death. Mr. Everline was a United States Air Force veteran, having served during World War II. He was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church, Westernport. He retired from Moran Trucking, Westernport, and formerly drove a taxi for Trenums Taxi, Westernport, for many years. He was a member of Potomac Fire Co., Westernport, a member of Victory Post 155 American Legion, Westernport, and a member of Queens Point V.F.W. 6775, McCoole. Surviving in addition to his mother is his wife of 56 years, Margaret G. (Taylor) Everline, three daughters; Peggy Williams of Denver, Colo., Jane Casteel of Seffner, Fla., and Jackie Smith of Hilliard, Ohio., seven grandchildren, Matthew Casteel, Andrew Casteel, Joseph Williams Ill, Valerie Williams, Courtney Smith, Samantha Smith, and Luke Smith. Mr. Everlines body was donated to the Human Anatomy Board. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Peters Catholic Church on Friday, August 1st, at 11:00 AM, with Father Adam Parker as celebrant. Boal Funeral Home, Westernport is in charge of arrangements.
