Frostburg, Oct. 29 - Arthur Clark, 26, Finzel, died at 11:45 a.m. yesterday morning at Miners' Hospital where he had been a patient since October 16 when he had his neck broken in an automobile accident on the Mount Savage road near Morantown. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Mae Clark; four sisters, Mrs. Mabel Arnold, Mrs. Verna Hostetler, Mrs. Emma Arnold, and Miss Hilda Clark, and two brothers, Albert and William, Garrett County.
