  Notes	ECKHART — Walter William Porter, 70, died this morning in Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, where he had been a patient ten days. He was a member of Eckhart Methodist Church. Surviving are a son, William Porter, Frostburg; five daughters, Mrs. Jack Spates and Mrs. Raymond Hanna, both of Frostburg; Mrs. Ishmael Filer and Mrs. Bernard Heneghan, both of Eckhart, and Mrs. John Tennant, Lonaconing; three brothers, Marshall, Russell and Nathan Porter, all of Eckhart; seven sisters, Mrs. John Kreitzburg, Clarysville; Mrs. Harry Craze and Mrs. David Stark, both of Frostburg; Mrs. Richard Watson and Mrs. Stanley Snyder, both of Eckhart; Mrs. Frank Bloomer, Baltimore; and Mrs. Richard Loar, LaVale, and six grandchildren. The body will remain at the Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg. The Cumberland Evening Times, June 14, 1951 William Walter PORTER and Mary Elizabeth BRUNER were married on 29 Oct 1902. Buried in Porter's Cemetery, Eckhary, Md.
