FROSTBURG — Francis Eugene “Tom” Femi, 52, of 109 Maple Terrace, Frostburg, died Monday, May 10, 1999, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born Sept. 12, 1946, in Frostburg, he was the son of the late Ernest and Wilma (McKenzie) Femi. Mr. Femi was a former employee of the Frostburg Water Department, and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was Catholic by faith. Surviving are his wife of 24 years, Donna (Jones) Femi; a stepson, Donald Hall, Frostburg; a daughter, Tina Femi, Hagerstown; a son, Thomas Femi, Frostburg; two brothers, Ernest “Joe” Femi, Slabtown, and Jim Femi, Cumberland; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, on Tuesday. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Paul Byrnes officiating.
