CUMBERLAND - Sylvia Marie Fulk, 81, formerly of Cumberland, died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 1998, in Ocala, Fla. Born Oct. 17, 1917, in Akron, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Eva (McKenzie) Werner. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Fulk, in 1967. Surviving are one daughter, Darla Cowan, Ocala; one son, Frederick Koerner, Lewisberry, Pa.; one sister, Mable Strawser, Orlando, Fla.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home, P.A., 60 W. Main St., Frostburg, on Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Pocahontas, on Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Bernard L.
