  Notes	Edna Whitaker (Eva May BLOCHER-2, Isaac-1) was born about 1913. The granddaughter Phyllis who is mentioned in the law suit was engaged to William M. Hawkins of Ellerslie in February 1958. The engagement was announced by Mrs. Edna Meerbach, and Phyllis was named as her daughter. THIS IS TO GIVE NOTICE. That the transcriber has obtained from Orphan's Court of Allegany County, Maryland, letters Testamentary on the estate of Albert F. Merrbach late of Allegany County, Maryland, deceased. All persons having claims against the deceased are hereby warned to exhibit the same, with the vouchers thereof duly authenticated to the subscriber on or before the 8th day of September, 1957. They may otherwise by law be extended from all benefit of the said estate. All persons knowing themselves indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment.
