  Notes	FROSTBURG - Paul H. Garlitz, 87, of the Frostburg Heights Apartments, died Friday at Frostburg Community Hospital. Born here, he was a son of the late Enoch Garlitz and Agnes (McKenzie) Garlitz. Mr. Garlitz was a retired employee of the Allegany Ballistics Laboratory near Pinto. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and Pope John Council 5450, Knights of Columbus, Cresaptown - LaVale. Surviving are his widow, the former Mary Noonan; two daughters, Mrs. Lou Ann Reinholz, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Judith Williams, Wilmington, Del.; two brothers, Joseph R. Garlitz, Cumberland; John Garlitz, San Francisco, Calif.; one half-brother, Leonard Garlitz, Frostburg Heights Apartments; one sister, Mrs. Adeline Wetling, Troy, Mich.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Sunday at the Durst Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be offered Monday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Michael's Church by Msgr. John L. Reinsfelder. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Mount Savage. A Christian wake service will be held Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
