Notes	MOUNT SAVAGE - Shirley Ann Diehl, 67, of Foundry Street, Mount Savage, died Thursday, Dec. 26, 1996, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland. Born March 18, 1929, in Glencoe, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Augustus J. and Gladys C. (Chisholm) McKenzie. She also was preceded in death by three brothers, Harry V. “Corky” McKenzie, Mason T. McKenzie, and Paul E. ‘‘Butch’’ McKenzie. Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Joseph O. Diehl; a daughter, Maria E. Gullion, Lonaconing; five sons, Joseph G. Diehl, Lonaconing, Mark A. Diehl, Cumberland, Matthew F. Diehl, Frostburg, Todd A. Diehl, at home, and John E. Diehl, Frostburg; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Susan F. Habersack, Cresaptown, M. Faith Kennell, RD 1, Hyndman, Pa., and Joan E. Haines, Glencoe, Pa,; and four brothers, James A. McKenzie, Corriganville, John T. "Dood” McKenzie, RD 4, Meyersdale, Pa., Augustus J. “Fatty" McKenzie Jr., Glencoe, and Frederick J. McKenzie, Wellersburg, Pa. Mrs. Diehl was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Mount Savage. Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Mount Savage, on Monday with Father William R. Craig as celebrant.
