He was a member of the United Methodist Church and a retired employee for Carpenter and Buser Pump Sales and Service. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Elsie M. (Feaster) Rowe; four daughters, Mrs. Vivian Conley, and Mrs. Charlene Pickett, both of Petersburg, Va.; and Mrs. Mary Harmon and Mrs. Judy Brown, both of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Bertie Rhodes, this city, and Mrs. Grace hank, Morgantown; two brothers, Charles Rowe and Samuel Rowe, both of Baltimore, and five grandchildren.
