- BORDEN SHAFT - Mrs. Maggie G. Harvey, 91, died Thursday at Frostburg Community Hospital. Born in Carlos, she was a daughter of the late John Frank McKenzie and Annie (Loar) McKenzie. Mrs. Harvey’s husband, Charles S. Harvey, died in 1966. She was a member of the Shaft United Methodist Church; Mountain Chapter 15, Order of the Eastern Star, Frostburg; the Midlothian Homemakers and the Allegany County Farm Bureau. She is survived by four sons, Willard Harvey, Frostburg; Denver Harvey, Frederick; Robert Dale Harvey, Huntington, W.Va.; Leland Harvey, Columbia, and seven grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home. Services will be conducted at the funeral home Saturday at 1 p.m. by the Rev. John T. Potts. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
